RETURNS & REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return: send a simple request to return email to orders@thehardfind.shop. You will find your order was delivered with a pre-paid return label. Place the return label on top of the previous label on the original packaging your order came in, provided you've re-secured the box with a form of adhesive. Once you're confident that the return will survive the trip back to us, drop it off at any UPS drop-off location. Customers are never responsible for having to purchase any return shipping service. In the event that the original packaging box that your return item(s) arrived to you in needs to be replaced, that falls upon the customer to handle, which includes any cost to replace packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for dropping your order's package with the corresponding carrier as stated on your return label. Once received, a refund in full will be made back to the payment method used to purchase. We process refunds within a day of receiving your return, however know that each bank's timelines differ and we have no control on the speed from which you receive your refund.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least one (1) day from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations:
- Flatware
- Stemware
